Handles a wide variety of cases — from large, complex antitrust and sports-related litigation to white collar criminal investigations and mass disaster litigation. Served as the firm’s Antitrust/Global Competition practice leader from 1996-2013. Advises on antitrust issues (compliance programs and antitrust patent licensing issues), and counsels/litigates professional sports league issues (team ownership transfers, collective bargaining, team relocation, intellectual property, player health and safety issues).
