Career
Joined the firm in 1985 and became a Partner in 1992. Member of the corporate and commercial department. He has acted as legal counsel on M&A projects in Portugal and abroad. He also provides advice to ongoing corporate and commercial activities of clients. He is also an expert on aviation and member of Team Genesis, a practice group dedicated to new ventures, notably startups.
