Sarah R. Jacobson is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Ms. Jacobson joined Debevoise in 2020. Before joining the firm, Ms. Jacobson was a corporate associate at another leading law firm in New York. Ms. Jacobson received a J.D. magna cum laude from Fordham Law School in 2015, where she was a Mary Daly Scholar, a member of the Fordham Law Review, elected to the Order of the Coif and awarded the Alumni Association Medal in Constitutional Law. She received a B.S. from Boston University in 2006. Prior to law school, Ms. Jacobson held various editorial positions at ABC News and CBS Television Distribution.
