Specialises in representing employers and executives, pension law, co-determination matters and collective bargaining, including strikes. Rogier is a litigator, including Supreme Court litigation.
Before joining BarentsKrans (2012), Rogier Duk was a partner at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. Rogier is a lecturer of post graduate courses at the university of Nijmegen (Grotius Academy), the 'Academie voor de Rechtspraktijk' and the Training and Study Centre for the Judiciary (SSR).
