Bob Safron is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and has almost 50 years of experience in a broad range of commercial real estate matters and has represented developers, owners, investors and lenders throughout the U.S. and in several foreign countries. He represents prominent U.S. and international developers, owners and investors in all types of real estate holdings, including office and apartment buildings, shopping centers, hotels, resorts, industrial, warehouse and other commercial projects. Mr. Safron has also represented many domestic and foreign banks, insurance companies, investment houses and other institutions in a variety of real estate financing and securitization matters and in restructuring troubled real estate loans.
