Bob's practice focuses on retail, real estate acquisition, land use, financing, leasing and development. He provides municipal development and corporate structuring advice on industrial, commercial, retail, residential and mixed-use real estate projects. He provides regulatory compliance advice on the sale and marketing of residential real estate, as well as advice on structuring resort development, timeshare and fractional ownership recreational projects. He also advises on commercial leasing where he acts for both landlords and tenants.
