Rita is a partner and co-head of the Real Estate and Tourism practice. She has more than 20 years’ experience in acting for Portuguese and international clients in a wide range of real estate projects.
Rita has focused on real estate transactions involving investment and divestment in various types of properties including shopping centres, office buildings, hotels, logistics parks and mixed portfolios.
She structures and negotiates complex property lease and assignment agreements including sale and leaseback transactions. Rita has also advised on numerous construction projects, including hotels, office buildings and university campuses.
