Richard Margulies has over 35 years of experience in counseling and representing employers with substantial litigation experience in Title VII, ADEA, ADA, Whistleblower, FLSA, and restrictive covenant matters.
Since graduating law school, Richard's representation has resulted in numerous case decisions favorable to management involving claims of individual and class-based discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, wage hour and pension benefits.

In addition to his practice, Richard is also active in the community by providing pro bono support to a number of charitable, non-profit and faith-based organizations in Northeast Florida. Richard also serves on the Board of Directors of the World Affairs Council and volunteers his time to the Wounded Warrior Project.
