Richard Hugill is a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. He advises on a broad range of commercial disputes, including shareholder and partnership disputes, claims arising from mergers and acquisitions and other commercial contracts, as well as directors’ duties, insolvency and professional negligence. He also advises and acts on property and commercial leasehold disputes. Richard is also a qualified and accredited (ADR Group) civil and commercial mediator and a panel mediator for Agricultural Law Association Dispute Resolution and the Association of Northern Mediators.
