Raj has a practice a traditional chancery work which has at its root contentious property work. This has been thematically developed to incorporate contentious probate work given that many problems requiring resolution in that field require proprietary remedies.
The property-based work also takes in rural affairs, which includes planning and public rights over land (including Telecomms rights) and, as a result takes on public inquiry work and any associated administrative challenges arising by way of judicial review.
