Parthasarathy is a Principal Partner and Heads L&S’ IP Team, overseeing all IP work done within the firm, both contentious and non-contentious, Principal attorney assisting some of the largest Indian and foreign corporations in seeking and enforcing intellectual property protection in India. Seasoned litigator with 2 decades of experience, who has personally handled more than 600 litigations across India, before various fora. His practice includes IP litigation in general, but more specifically in areas involving technology, such as Patents, plant variety protection and trade secrets. He has argued more than 25 patent matters before the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB) and currently handles about 35 active litigations before the Intellectual Property Appellate Board, more than 18 patent infringement litigations and 7 other matters relating to Plant Variety Protection before various High Courts.
