Catherine has served global businesses on litigation matters trialed by Chinese courts, including the representation of multinational companies headquartered in the U.K., U.S., Canada, Germany, South Korea, and other countries. As the firm's chief partner heading the foreign related legal affairs department, Catherine has considerable experience in organizing and managing litigation teams. The litigation teams have successfully represented major international clients in high profile and complex commercial and civil litigation cases, as well as criminal defense cases.
In 2010, The Chinese Ministry of Justice and The Law Society of England and Wales have selected Catherine to participate in a 10-month Lord Chancellor's Training Scheme for young Chinese lawyers, which enabled her to understand more fully the international legal environment.
