Pierre-Nicolas Ferrand is a partner and heads the Finance practice.
His practice is focused on banking and finance, including asset, real estate, renewable energy and acquisition financings, for French and international arrangers and investors. He has represented major financial institutions, commercial companies and investment funds in connection with financings and refinancings, including Barclays, BECM, BNP Paribas, Bank of Ireland, Crédit Agricole CIB, Crédit Foncier de France, Citibank, Morgan Stanley, Natixis, Société Générale.
Pierre-Nicolas Ferrand also has extensive experience in restructuring and insolvency matters. In the recent years, he acted on many high-profile restructuring transactions and insolvency proceedings, in which he represented creditors, debtors, managers, shareholders, investors and trustees-in-bankruptcy.
