Peter's primary practice is intellectual property litigation (patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright infringement) in the energy, high-tech, chemical, and software fields. Peter's practice also involves counseling clients in business transactions that involve intellectual property rights, including merger and acquisition agreements, license agreements, non-competition agreements, and software agreements.
