Specializing in regulatory matters related to the electric power sector, in the Free Contracting Environment (ACL), in the Regulated Contracting Environment (ACR) and in the Short-Term Market (MCP). Has extensive experience in Energy Purchase Contracts and in judicial and arbitration litigation involving Generators, Traders, Distributors, Transmitters, Free Consumers, the Regulatory Agency and the Granting Power. Bachelor of Law from Santa Cecília University (UNISANTA) in 2003 and Post-Graduate in Civil Proceeding and Constitutional Proceeding from the Catholic University of Santos (UNISANTOS), with Specializations in Management of Electric Energy Business (FGV-SP). Administrative Law (SBDP) and Leadership for Attorneys (GVLaw). Pedro has been a guest professor on a number of courses in the energy sector in the Brazilian Institute for Studies of Energy Law (IBDE), National Magistrate School, preparatory Courses for arbitrators in the energy sector in partnership with the CAMARB (Brazilian Arbitration Chamber) and delivered a number of talks on the matter. He began his career in the electric sector in 2002 at Elektro Distribuidora de Energia and in the last 8 years has worked in the Electric Power Trading Chamber (CCEE), where in the last 3 years he held the position of Legal Regulatory manager.
