Acted on behalf of the plaintiffs in: Opren litigation, Benzodiazepine litigation, British Midland air crash, Camelford Water Pollution, Mull of Kyntyre helicopter crash, and the Kajaki Mine strike in 2006. Specialises in Catastrophic injury cases, including many on behalf of service personnel against the MOD. Recent cases include: Gul v Mcdonagh [2022] RTR CA apportionment - children RTA AV v AB brain injury settled at JSM lump sum £9.7m (2020). XYZ v FGL severe brain injury settled at JSM: lump sum £2.4m and PP: £125,000, (2020). Mehmetemin v Farrell [2017] EWHC 103 (QB): (orthopaedic injury valuation of care).
