Career
Paul Weber is a project finance partner who has worked on a broad range of project financings, tax equity transaction, privatizations, acquisition and dispositions internationally and in the United States, including some of the largest wind and solar generation projects in the world. Mr. Weber has represented developers, lenders, private equity funds, tax equity providers and others on infrastructure project transactions in more than 20 countries. His work includes transactions in the power, renewables, oil and gas, petrochemical and transport sectors.
