Patrick Cowlishaw is the head of the Electric Power Regulatory practice at Jackson Walker and concentrates on serious commercial disputes and regulatory enforcement matters usually within the electric power, solid waste management, and telecommunications industries. Mr. Cowlishaw helps energy, utility, waste, and other clients find winning solutions to difficult business and regulatory disputes. He serves as first-chair advocate and advisor on the spectrum of issues that come before the Texas PUC and ERCOT, representing a variety of market participants.
Mr. Cowlishaw is admitted to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second, Fifth, and Eleventh Circuits; the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas; and the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York.
