Practice Areas

Patrick represents energy companies, utilities, pipelines, refiners, and other businesses in environmental litigation in state and federal courts around the country as well as before state agencies. His experience includes trial, administrative, and appellate experience before the Wyoming Supreme Court, and in the Eighth, Ninth, Tenth and District of Columbia Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. When not in the courtroom, Patrick also works as an arbitrator or mediator.
