Patricia A Dunn

Career

Trish Dunn has been negotiating collective bargaining agreements for employers for more than 35 years. She focuses on renegotiating legacy contracts to remove operational restrictions and burdensome economic terms, as well as negotiating first contracts for newly organized employers to preserve management rights and operational flexibility from the start. In addition to her 25 years with Jones Day, Trish spent 10 years as The Washington Post's vice president of labor. She brings this in-house perspective to understanding clients’ business needs and addressing them in bargaining. Trish handles NLRB proceedings and arbitrations, and advises clients on business restructuring and other issues with labor implications.
