Represents corporate debtors (both publicly traded and privately owned), creditors' committees, secured creditors in Chapter 11 cases, advises buyers and sellers of the assets of financially distressed companies and represents Bankruptcy Trustees in complex cases. He also has extensive experience advising transnational corporations defending against attempts to recognize and enforce foreign judgments in the U.S and abroad.
Lecturer on bankruptcy law and practice. Co-authored various articles published in The Deal, the California Bankruptcy Journal and the Los Angeles Daily Journal.
