Shipping and Transport and Dispute Resolution, with focus on complex domestic and international disputes involving shipping and transport, insurance/reinsurance, finance and insolvency/restructuring. On the transactional side, he advises domestic and foreign companies especially regarding shipbuilding, finance, cargo claims, charterparty, COA, operation of foreign OSVs in Brazil, ship insurance and reinsurance matters.
