Practice Areas

Nigel is a dispute resolution partner and a leading international arbitration practitioner, mainly appearing as counsel but also occasionally sitting as arbitrator. He is also an experienced commercial litigation lawyer. Nigel is a solicitor-advocate and undertakes the role of lead advocate in international arbitration cases. He was appointed QC in 2016.

Career

Joined Freshfields as a trainee in 1982. Partner since 1991. Appointed QC in 2016.

Member of ICC Commission on International Arbitration, ICCA, IAI and a director of the LCIA.
