Over the course of his career, Michael has led some of the largest outsourcing transactions in both the private and public sectors, and has represented an array of clients including global multinational Fortune 100 companies, technology startups and leading information technology service providers. Michael serves not only as a negotiator but also as a lead commercial advisor, structuring and negotiating scope, pricing and all other commercial aspects of his deals, often delivering millions of dollars in savings, improved service capability and increased business flexibility.
Michael also advises clients on navigating various aspects of data management, which is of critical importance given the increasing value—and vulnerability—of data. Michael assists clients in establishing and maintaining programs to protect the security, intellectual property and availability of their data, as well as in data licensing, processing and data analytics transactions.
