Patent Litigation; Intellectual Property
Matt Becker is a trial lawyer who focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling. His intellectual property litigation practice involves primarily patent infringement litigation, Inter Partes Review proceedings, and trade secret litigation. Matt’s counseling practice focuses on advising corporate clients regarding avoiding third party intellectual property rights in conjunction with product development, conducting patent infringement and validity analyses, and providing strategic advice regarding patent portfolio development. Matt’s clients include Fortune 500 and Global 300 corporations. Matt has successfully tried numerous cases to juries and courts. He has served as lead counsel in significant patent infringement lawsuits involving technologies including pharmaceutical products, medical devices, personal care products, complex analytical instruments, electronic sensors, embedded computers, food products, tools and hardware, and fiber laser amplifiers. Matt’s role in these matters has included the development of trial strategy, Markman hearings, jury trials and appeals. He also serves as Axinn’s Managing Partner.
