Martin is an experienced litigator, having qualified as a Solicitor in 1993. He specialises in representing families at inquest before the Coroners Court. As part of his personal injury workload, Martin deals with asbestos related disease claims.
Martin is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and a member of the LawNet Regional Personal Injury Committee. He also hold the Higher Rights of Audience qualification which entitles him to appear before the High Court as Advocate.
