Principal area of practice is employment, all areas including wrongful dismissal/unfair dismissal, equal pay, redundancy, transfer of undertakings, trade union law, restraint of trade and business secrets. Particular interests are whistleblowing, discrimination and TUPE.

Also Professional discipline. Formerly Legal adviser to General Optical Council.
