Mark Dawkins is a partner in Akin Gump’s litigation group. He has more than three decades of experience handling cases across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and he regularly leads multinational teams on cross-border cases. He brings solution-driven creativity in advising on challenging, and often novel, substantive and strategic issues. Mark routinely advises clients in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes related to investments, joint ventures, civil fraud, sovereign defaults, mergers and acquisitions, warranties, postcompletion accounting issues, shareholder litigation, interbank payments, trading and loans, and structured products.
