Mark Darley is an English-qualified solicitor and a partner in the Skadden banking practice, Mr. Darley joined Skadden in 2002 to lead the European banking practice and was appointed co-head of the banking practice globally in 2009. Mr. Darley's long career has embraced most aspects of bank finance and debt capital markets. The focus of his career since joining Skadden has been on investment grade and leveraged finance – particularly public and private acquisition finance, recapitalisations, real estate finance, restructurings, project finance and strategic financings. Mr. Darley advises domestic and multi-national corporates, private equity houses, private family offices and other sponsors, strategic investors and project finance vehicles, as well as banks and other financial institutions.
