Doctor of law, specializing in pharmaceutical law, administrative law, advertising and biotechnology law, antitrust law, and regulatory advice. He has many years’ experience in advising the pharmaceutical sector on, inter alia, reimbursement, distribution, registration and advertising issues. He advises pharmaceutical companies, pharmacies and pharmaceutical wholesalers. Advises on matters relating to anti-competitive arrangements, abuse of dominant position and practices that harm the collective interests of consumers. Expert on food law, especially issues involving borderline products, dietary supplements and cosmetics, and also on medical devices and biotechnology products.
