Lyle D Pishny

Career

Lyle Pishny has been in practice for over 25 years. He was the co-managing partner of the Bennett Lytle law firm, which joined with the Lathrop Gage LLP Johnson County office in 1998. (Lathrop Gage is one of two firms that combined to form Lathrop GPM in 2020.) Lyle has a Master of Laws in Taxation and has a client-focused approach to assisting clients on a range of business, tax and wealth planning strategies. Many clients rely on him to address complex legal and tax challenges and opportunities.

Lyle represents clients in structuring their business and real estate transactions, their business organizations, their succession planning, their estate planning and counsels tax exempt organizations in their legal and tax matters.
