I am a Senior Associate Solicitor working in the Irwin Mitchell Newcastle and Middlesbrough offices. I worked previously within the Health Service as a senior MRI radiographer.
I specialise in clinical negligence cases and act on behalf of clients who have suffered serious injuries, recovering substantial amounts of compensation to fund care, therapies and a range of other needs. I also represent families at inquests where a loved one has died through negligent medical treatment.
I have expertise in birth injury claims involving children who have cerebral palsy as a result of delays in delivery or inadequate neonatal care. I also represent mothers who have suffered injury during delivery or where there have been failures to diagnose congenital conditions during pregnancy.
I act for adults who have suffered a brain or spinal injury or who have suffered avoidable amputations and I have a special interest in cases involving delayed cancer diagnosis and negligent surgery.
Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) panel member. Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) senior litigator. Newcastle Law Society member.
