Lei Li is a partner in Sidley’s Shanghai and Beijing offices, focusing on antitrust, FCPA compliance and commercial litigation (including trade litigation) matters. Before relocating to Beijing, Mr. Li practiced in the Firm’s New York office for three years. He has been working on antitrust matters in China since the launch of China’s Anti-monopoly Law in 2008, and has accumulated extensive experience in this area. He provides merger clearance advice in high-profile domestic and cross-border M&A deals and inbound joint venture transactions. He has also been heavily involved in life sciences regulatory matters in the U.S. and China.
