Mr. Hill concentrates his practice in the development and financing of complex real estate transactions, with an emphasis on affordable housing, public finance, and economic development projects. He counsels a wide range of industry participants, including public housing authorities, for-profit and non-profit developers, lenders, and investors in all areas related to the development and financing of affordable housing. His work routinely involves HUD assistance and multiple layers of tax-advantaged financing, such as low income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, and state and local tax incentives for affordable housing, as well as mixed-use commercial developments, hotels, mixed-use planned residential communities, revitalization projects, and industrial concerns.

Mr. Hill is a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Mr. Hill is also a member of the Real Estate Section and Governmental Law Section of the Mississippi Bar Association and a member of the Mississippi Economic Development Council.
