Larry Yanowitch is a partner in the Corporate, Finance and Investments practice where he predominantly represents emerging companies (both public and private), investment banks and institutional investors.
Mr. Yanowitch has completed hundreds of M&A transactions in his career with purchase prices ranging from $5 million to over $5 billion. Mr. Yanowitch has particular experience in the technology and ADG sectors. He has experience in structuring, negotiating and advising clients on a wide variety of M&A transactions, including mergers, tax-free reorganizations, stock purchases, asset transactions, both negotiated and unsolicited tender offers, proxy fights, leveraged buyouts, Section 363 transactions and joint ventures. He serves as outside general counsel for a number of emerging technology companies.
