Mr. Kyu Hong Park is a partner with engineering background and prior experience working as a hardware engineer. Mr. Park advises clients on a wide range of legal issues arising in the ICT sector, including those relating to frequency auctions for wireless communications service providers, disputes among territorial broadcasters and cable/IPTV business operators, disputes over outsourcing of computer systems development to SI business operators, leakage of personal information and government regulations and enforcement.
