Kerry offers a broad real estate litigation practice covering areas including landlord and tenant disputes, restrictive covenant matters and boundary disputes, leasehold enfranchisement, property management and related court and tribunal proceedings.
Kerry is a partner and head of the Cripps Pemberton Greenish London office. Since qualifying in 1986, she has specialised in real estate dispute resolution and is particularly well-known for her work on the residential side of the industry, in particular, enfranchisement and disputes regarding the recovery of service charges. Kerry is listed in The Lawyer’s Hot 100 list as a Leader for her work on some of the UK’s highest profile cases. She has a strong eye for detail and the ability to focus on the important points in order to deliver the commercial objectives of her clients.
