Practice focuses on representing private equity firms, family offices and other private investors in equity and debt financings, leveraged buyouts and other acquisitions, dispositions and recapitalizations. Advises corporations and other entities, including many private equity backed companies, in financings, acquisitions, sales and other transactions, as well as day-to-day matters.
