Expertise in commercial investment property (including hotels) and in representing developers of large residential and mixed-use projects and private equity lenders providing subordinated debt for development projects. Extensive experience preparing and negotiating documentation for projects structured as partnerships or joint ventures, and ancillary management and other service agreements required for such projects.
