Katie has over 10 years' experience working for leading and top ranked law firms, providing strategic advice on all aspects of employment law to a broad range of clients from private individuals to large international corporates, public sector clients, charities and local SME’s. She has a particular interest in complex discrimination claims including disability discrimination, and has a diverse background having previously worked for a small charity and in a commercial role for a large IT reseller.
Katie regularly speaks on employment law matters and undertakes training for a variety of different organisations including charities, corporate entities across a range of industries, professional organisations and the CIPD.
Clients appreciate her straightforward and sensitive approach, coupled with her ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, and provide clear, pragmatic and commercial advice.
Katie qualified as a solicitor in 2009 specialising in employment law and joined Boyes Turner as an Associate Solicitor in 2020.
