Her complex transactional experience covers institutional and acquisition finance, structured arrangements (including securitisation programmes), debt capital markets, trade finance (including receivables financing) and debt restructuring.
Katie is also involved in product development projects and financial services regulatory issues for clients that include both disruptors and long-established businesses. She has a particular interest in global FinTech innovation. Her specialist regulatory experience covers consumer finance laws, the regulations governing payments systems, anti-money laundering legislation, and open banking/data regulation.
