Career

Kathie is the former partner-in-charge in the New York office and a former leader of the Commercial & Public Finance group. She focuses her practice on the development, negotiation and documentation of complex commercial loan transactions, private debt, equity and mezzanine placements, structured finance transactions, creditors' rights matters and sales and other dispositions of assets. Kathie is admitted to the bar in the states of Ohio and New York.
