New York-based senior counsel in the Structured Finance group. Practice focuses on the securitization of a variety of assets, including mortgages, tax liens, tobacco litigation settlement funds, utility stranded costs and student loans. Specific mortgage-backed experience includes fixed and adjustable rate first lien mortgage loans, closed end seconds, revolving home equity lines of credit, seasoned mortgage loans, reverse mortgage loans and manufactured housing contracts.
