Career
Julian is an associate at DLA Piper Martínez Beltran where he is leader of the litigation and arbitration division. He advises national and international clients on designing and implementing judicial, arbitration and administrative strategies, in their proceedings before the Colombian Finance Superintendence and on the investigations initiated for anticompetitive agreements, unfair competition, intellectual property and consumer protection.
