Julia has over 15 years of experience in advising on project financings in Russia in various sectors. Julia is particularly recognised for her work on LNG, oil and gas, petrochemicals and mining project financings and on PPP (concession) projects on both federal and regional levels.
Recent experience includes advising on the Udokan Copper project – the biggest Russian law project financing to date; the Yamal LNG project – the biggest project finance deal in Russia to date; M11 project - the first Russians project financed by combination of bank debt and infrastructure bonds; airport project in North-Western Siberia – the first airport concession in Russia; Western High Speed Diameter toll-road project in St. Petersburg and Usolsky potash complex project in Russia.
Julia joined Linklaters in 2001 and became a counsel in 2009. She studied law at the Moscow State University.
