Co-leader of Skadden's Consumer Financial Services practice. Represents banks, non-bank lenders, and other consumer financial services companies in connection with government enforcement actions and civil litigation. Regularly defends UDAAP and fair lending cases in federal and state courts and assists financial institutions in developing and implementing compliance and risk management programs.
