Jonathan Rod is the former Co-Chair of the Project Development & Finance Practice, a member of the Finance Department, and former Global Co-Chair of the Power Industry Group. Mr. Rod handles a wide variety of securities and finance matters with a principal focus on the energy, oil, gas, and infrastructure sectors. He has extensive experience in securities work, including innovative project bond financings in US capital markets. Mr. Rod also regularly represents underwriters in debt and equity offerings for companies engaged in the mid-stream oil and gas and electric utility industries.
