Jonathan is head of the firm’s pensions and employment practice. He advises on employee benefits, pensions and employment matters. His work in relation to employee benefits includes advising companies on share awards and options, employee trusts and other bonus and incentive arrangements. He has wide experience of the share plan aspects of corporate transactions, in particular public takeovers and IPOs. Jonathan’s work in relation to pensions includes both general advisory work and advising on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions. In the employment field he is involved particularly with the departure and recruitment of directors and senior management.
