Specialises in all aspects of town and country planning and compulsory purchase, with particular experience of section 78 and Development Plan Inquiries. Notable recent cases include: R (Fylde Coast Farms) v Fylde BC [2021] UKSC 18; R (Fulford PC) v City of York Council [2019] EWCA Civ 1359; Stratford-Upon-Avon DC v SSLUHC [2022] EWHC 445 (Admin). Also practises in environmental law.

First Class Honours Degree in European Law (LLB) from Warwick University. Masters in Comparative and International Law (LLM) from European University Institute, Florence. Very Competent in Bar Finals, Inns of Court School of Law.
