Johnny has ten years' experience in PRC employment law, and has worked for top tier employment practices in local and international firms. He is fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), which has allowed him to acquire a deep understanding of complex legal issues and local practices. Johnny provides strategic counsel on employee disputes, transfers and redundancies arising from business reorganization. He recently led a number of anti-corruption/fraud investigations in China and advised clients on compliance and employment risks.
